Who We Are

Eastern Fire Collective is made up of two interconnected arms:

  • Eastern Fire Collective Foundation (Nonprofit): Builds lasting community infrastructure through civic engagement, governance training, career and workforce pathways, and incubation of Indigenous-led innovations.

  • Eastern Fire Strategies (Consulting/For-Profit): Provides revolutionary governance reform, systems design, and leadership coaching for tribal governments, councils, and communities.

Together, these arms ensure we build both people power and institutional power so Indigenous nations thrive for generations to come

Why We Exist

Indigenous nations face persistent barriers created by colonial systems: underfunded education, weakened governance, and dependency on outside institutions. Too often, communities lack the culturally grounded civic spaces and sovereign-driven systems that allow us to thrive.

Eastern Fire Collective exists to replace colonial templates with Indigenous-designed solutions. We strengthen tribal governance, reduce dependency, and create pathways for communities to govern, educate, and build wealth on their own terms.

Our Core Values

  • Sovereignty First – Indigenous control of futures.

  • Cultural Legitimacy – Practices rooted in ancestral traditions.

  • Accountability – To our communities and future generations.

  • Collective Power – Shared leadership across nations.

  • Innovation Through Tradition – Designing the future through ancestral knowledge.

How we build

  • We support nations in strengthening their sovereignty by building governance systems rooted in Indigenous laws, cultures, and accountability. From constitutional reform and General Council facilitation to compliance tools and administration training, we help communities govern boldly and effectively.

  • We partner with tribal governments, councils, and organizations to design systems that last. Our consulting work focuses on governance frameworks, education pathways, and sovereign economies that replace colonial templates with Indigenous-led solutions.

  • We cultivate leadership across generations by connecting youth, elders, and community leaders in mentorship networks. Through coaching and intergenerational learning, we equip leaders to carry sovereignty into daily life and decision-making.

  • Our workshops and training programs strengthen civic engagement, workforce readiness, and cultural sustainability. We blend ancestral knowledge with innovative practices to prepare communities and families to thrive in sovereignty-driven futures.
